Replying to a customer complaint would be a good start. Boxers legs are riding up to the groin as you walk. Would not advise you to purchase.
Don’t lie about the sizes, simple
It is very difficult to order the product that you want, it won’t give you options you get what you are give, it seems take it our live it . Not happy.
I would never buy anything from this company again they have no manners towards the customer and treats the customer like something they just stood in, no cancel order system and when you phone the number listed on website it doesn't work and you have to do a bit of research to find real number.
